Tyson Thompson has been a Colorado resident since 1986 (yep, he’s a native). Tyson got into construction early in life as a 15-year-old working with his Dad as a summer job framing and siding houses in western Colorado. He and his wife moved to Fort Collins in 2005 to attend Colorado State University where he studied Construction Management. After College he continued working in construction where he help multiple foreman positions for various construction companies ranging from small residential remodels to large scale commercial projects. Tyson became a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker in 2014 and found a passion for renovating distressed properties as well as a passion for income-producing real estate. While renovating his personal properties and working in the construction industry it didn’t take long before friends, referrals and others asked for him to manage their projects. He found a love for creating a vision for spaces and viewing them not for what they are but, for what they could be. 

Tyson has 2 wonderful children, an awesome wife and enjoys spending time with friends and family and currently resides in the small town of Eaton.
